A More Comprehensive Contest

More transparent dishes/products information and the establishment of additive free dietary have been the keen initiative since A.A. started all the promotion projects. The mission of our judges is to verify the correspondence between the qualities of a dish/product and the proclaimed branding claims. When there are comparative entries, less additive cooking or produced items may be stand out to complete the assessment.

Autonomous Jury Board

Individuals and organizations will be carefully surveyed via jury members fro the A.A. Taste Awards. The jury panel formation consist of Michelin chefs, nutritionists, dietitian, professors and food editors.
